Staff (Kim) was extremely helpful and assisted me getting what I needed as well as looked into what information may be needed for my doctor.

We had excellent service. She explained everything, answered all questions and concerns.

after lots of frustration from other suppliers in newmarket I walked into InspiAir on davis dr and had to wait a few minutes. A young lady approached and asked how can I help, I told her I needed a strap for my nasel mask. I got one and then she suggested I buy the complete mask it would be cheeper going through my insurance. She told me it should be changed twice a year because of bacteria build up even with washing. I have been having sinus problems and this was the cause.No other business had taking the time to tell me this.It was a great experince and made my day Thanks to Kim. God Bless (ps I will be a permanent customer With InspriAir ).

Friendly and very accommodating staff in Leslie location.

I have been using your oxygen machine device for a year (both in home and the portable pack. Your service is absolutely great.
I am bed bound at the moment. I needed a new c-pap machine. They were able to fulfill my request for my prescription, and have the new machine and mask delivered and fitted at my bedside.
This was all accomplished within a few days.
I will be recommending I know needing oxygen/breathing equipment.

Was so easy to talk to and if she was not sure of a answer she never guessed she asked another associate

Kerry was great to deal with. She is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The other staff members are also very friendly. Excellent customer service.

I have severe Sleep Apena and was completely clueless as to what supplies I needed. Michelle from InspiAir walked me through and explained absolutely everything in detail. She was AMAZING!!! I was completely at ease and she had me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much for your excellent help, Michelle! I would highly recommend Michelle from InspiAir!! my experience with Inspirair was the service was excellent the nurse was very informative. I got my nea CPAP the same day of my appointment and they handled all the paperwork.

Came to the clinic ( InspiAIR) at leslie location. today and got my first sleep apnea machine, Laura is very proffesional explain me all the details on how to use the machine , how to take care of it and how to clean to keep it in great shape .
She ansuers all my questions and not feeling pressured to buy the machine from their Clinic
Will recommend to family and friends who are in need of the apnea machine .

Nothing but amazing service over the years! Just picked up the Air Mini and supplies. Sharon is as amazing as always!!!! This is one of those hometown stores that puts the customer above anything else. When you walk in and talk to anyone there, it is like you are part of the family.
