I ordered a lamp from inspecteur gadget it came quick in time and the lamp was in great condition completely brand new and working very efficiently

A company from china. Quality is poor, and no after service available. They also got my order completely wrong, and they aren’t answering my emails when I ask them to please send the full order. Order also took long to arrive, and no proper track and trace available

SCAM. DON'T BUY!!!! You are not buying to NL, but China. You will receive very low quality products for CE quality prices. I bought a ring thinking I was buying to a shop in NL. It said Sterling Silver and it is not, you can see it is a cheap 3 Euros Ring. I paid almost 40. Also the design isn't like in the picture. The return is to China and on your expenses and customer service is not handling my complaint either. Don't waste your money.

Would not recommend this company at all. I ordered something from them and it never came. They won’t take any steps to help me figure out what happened. They are a Nederland based “company” that has everything shipped directly to the client from China….they are dropshippers. Feels like fraud. Beware.

Very bad experience! This is dropshipping website. The products are shipped from China so you wait for weeks. You can buy the same products 3 times cheaper on aliexpres. You have to also pay for return shipping. On top of that I still was not refunded 3€.

Received the order but unfortunately one of the lamps was damaged. No problem they replied quickly saying a new one would be sent. Just waiting for the new lamp to arrive. Happy with the one that works though!
