Purchase of oe style goods

Reliable and accurate supply of items, purchased from these guys several times now and they always deliver good quality goods, always get the items correct and the quality is superb. Takes a little longer than normal to arrive but it is international shipping so to be expected.
Overall, a good company to deal with, prompt and accurate. Many thanks

wrong size, wrong address and no refund

I ordered Asics women's size 8 insoles but they sent insoles that were too long and too wide. I repeatedly reached out to the seller and tried to return the insoles. The seller would not allow me to return the insoles to their American distributor and they said I had to mail the insoles back to Hong Kong. I spent $22 mailing the insoles back to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the Hong Kong post office returned my package even though I used the exact address the seller gave me. I've lost $52 dealing with this incompetent company. I will never buy another product directly from a company in Hong Kong.

Took 5 weeks to be delivered and comes from China. Size was wrong. Tried to get replaced but they are not interested and will not waste my time anymore. Will not be going back. Avoid

Seller practically trying to scam me of my money after I already returned item.

I have written a review before which the owner replied to, but up until now they still haven't refunded me. I shipped back the item and returned it to them ages ago but they once refused to accept order as there was "no name." Then after returning the item back to the seller they responded with the fact that it's past 30 days after they give me 7 day email replies... Terrible experience, drags things out past their "30 day guarantee." The most recent reply I got was that they "didn't receive the product" and asked if I can re-verify with my courier. Like how the hell are you supposed to re-verify after it's been verified... (Their warehouse is in the middle of nowhere pretty much. So there's no way that the item went to the wrong place.) Would not buy here. Go somewhere else.
