Great visit!

Had my first visit today and couldn't be happier with the service. Sidali was courteous, attentive and went above and beyond to address questions and provide tips and tricks. He even put on show covers when coming inside without me having to mention anything to him. Thank you Sidali!

Our technician Yug was terrific

Our technician Yug was terrific! The tech who was scheduled was off sick and initially I was told they would need to reschedule. Yug said he would come and do the treatment as I had taken the afternoon off. We had two large ( grapefruit size wasp nests. He killed both nests and removed them and set up a wasp bag to catch those where he could not see an obvious nest.
I have to admit I was a little sceptical when we signed up for the four times a year annual plan. Hopefully our first visit experience continues in the months to come!
