These couches are definitely comfortable, there's no question about it. Ease of changing configuration is awesome as well. But unfortunately, that is where the good news end.

The only way the Bondi setup works is if the cushion is surrounded on 3 sides by any combination of adjacent cushions or arm/back panel. This makes ottomans completely useless as a free-standing item. THE CUSHIONS DO NOT STAY ON THE BASE, NO MATTER WHAT. Always need to be adjusted, and easily slide off. Customer service told me to be patient and these will break in with time, but that never happened. Both Ottomans we bought are sitting in the basement on their sides. We had to purchase an additional arm / back panel because the setup we had did not have an 'end' on one side of They have sent these vinyl pads, which did not work at all, but beyond that there were no solutions. couch, kind of like a daybed. Uncomfortable couch and poor quality. Less than a year and the couch is literally falling apart. On top of that, customer service is avoiding calling us despite multiple requests. With a couch that is this expensive, you'd expect better quality and company that stands behind their product. Very disappointing

Just want to warn buyers before purchasing items from this company. I had a review on FB and they blocked me. It was not rude of any sort. I felt like this means they make sure only positive reviews are on their website and social media and verified my experience that they don’t follow through to resolve issues. When you purchase from the company, which I have learned in hind sight, if an issue arises there is little to no customer support. No number to call, you can only email. You are at the mercy of waiting long wait times to get a response and very little resolve ability. In my situation my shipment was very delayed, I was so excited to get my couch! The day it was delivered the delivery guys were awful. They damaged the couch while putting it together and one part already came damaged. They didn’t even finish the job and left. They also mentioned the damage to the company so they were aware. I sent pictures and explained and inside weather offered me 5% back after multiple emails. That means I paid 95% of the cost (plus over 7% tax) for a very damaged sofa. A huge purchase and the center of my living room. I am now trying to return for a full refund, after this and blocking my post for others to see. I think customers should know if they have an issue they won’t be able to talk to anyone and may not receive responses. For this price, you should have excellent service through the whole process. I would take my business local and/or buy from a reputable company. This will be my last online purchase with a company that does not have a local presence, like a phone number! I will have to fight this for weeks maybe months. All they had to do was make it right. We want what we pay for and a good experience. Says a lot when they can’t provide either.

No one should have to work this hard when merchandise shipped is received damaged.
