If I could give negative 5 stars, you bet I would. If I could give even more than that I would! My experience with Jack Hafford was terrible. I waited almost two month for two expensive sweaters and when they finally arrived here there were in cheap ziplock plastic pages with Chinese writing all over them. When I opened the bag it smelled like cow dung! I mean like literal &$@t! The clothes themselves were poorly made with the treads showing at the seams and the size XL looked like a children’s medium. What a crap show! I was so disappointed and upset. This is the biggest scam since bottled tap water. What sweat shop are the kids working in to make a garment so terrible?

Scam - Quality terrible & suspicious returns address

BEWARE. The quality of the items were absolutely terrible. The images and descriptions have the impression that these items were well put together; however, the items were falling apart at the seams and the “rain jacket” was the thinnest and cheapest looking synthetic material known. Despite responding to my request to proceed with a refund fairly quickly, I was given the address of a connivence shop in NYC rather than an official business address, which only added to my frustrations as I had accepted that I had been scammed by a company allowed to continue operating by the surrounding established systems. Avoid this scam “business”.

Super scam

Super scam, ordered a crib board, never came. 6w later they say I can cancel the order for a 30% restocking fee. They aren't even bothering to drop ship from temu any more since they have my money in the bank.

I have not been able to track my order via the order number or tracking number I have no idea how long it will take to receive my order. Also they have a us address but it appears they are actually not in the US very misleading

I would put 0 stars. Very unprofessional and criminal to sell items and not respond to any inquiries to return. I paid almost $70 on overalls , I can't even wear. I'm petite and medium runs and looks extra large. Soooo baggy and long. I can't wear it. I don't have money to waste. Just because they are in another country does not make it legal. Can we call an embassy? This is a crime. They take my money and no resolution. I want my money back. Everything still has tags and original packaging. Respond or I will take action.

Not the color I ordered.

I was sent the right dress in the wrong color. The one I ordered is no longer showing on their website, so I’m assuming they were out of stock and sent an alternative hoping I would accept it. Insstreet has not responded to any emails. Their returns policy states they will not accept a return without first receiving an email, so I am stuck with a hideous dress I wouldn’t be seen dead in. This is my first and last time ordering from them.

Do not buy anything from this company.
The shoes I just got from them are awful! Nothing like the picture. Wrong colour and poor quality
There is no returns policy on the website, or any means of making a return. They make it very difficult.
I had some email correspondence to arrange the return and refund. This is what they said:
How to Return ?
Buyer should bear the return shipping fee.
1.Please include the following information in the return package :
①Leave a note about Order number , buyer email account and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
②Reasons for return.
2.Please take a photo of the package with the note
3.We will refund the product payment once we receive and inspect the item .
4. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.
(If you choosing one of the above-mentioned fast deliver options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.)

***For your attention,Cos before you return the items, below are some kind reminders other than the requests in Return Policy:
1. The return freight is quite expensive and it usually takes a long time before we receive it;
2. Unlike the parcel to your place that was shipped together with our other parcels done by our resigned forwarder, your returned parcel is more likely to get lost during international shipping;
3. The refund(not include the shipping fee) will be transferred only when the parcel has been received and checked clearly
4.The declared value should be same with the original package, otherwise it might incur in import taxes, and make the return package fail to delivery us and return to you.
5.There need to be charged shipping fee for the original package (when it ship to you, it cost some shipping fee for us), the system will deduct the corresponding fee when we receive the returned package

As a returning shipping fee is expensive. Would it be possible we reach a compensation agreement?
We can give you 15% refund of the itme(s) and you don't need to return the items.
If this fine for you,we will return it to your original payment method.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not receive an address to return my merchandise for over a month. When I finally got a hold of a representative they sent me an address which was incomplete ( no suite number).
I found this out when the Calgary post office in Alberta contacted me asking me for the suite number as my return package was being held up at the post office. I sent another email to Amanda Lang (the representative. Supposedly handling my return) and never heard back. Today, one month later, the package I was trying to return showed up on my doorstep. Obviously I haven’t been reimbursed first for the dress because no one from this company will give me a complete address.
Very annoying to say the least and completely unprofessional. Do not order from this company!!

the clothes are junk
they have no number to call to return
they cancel your email and say it doesn't exist
if you sign up with another email they get confused and then don't know what to do
they creepy text you with a fake number
I feel so foolish
I work so hard and they totally ripped my off and the looks of other them too.
