In Print We Trust Reviews 

I had a really unfortunate experience with this company however after I reached out to customer service, I was contracted with Jonah. He went above and beyond what I was expecting from the company and I could not be more thankful for him!

I received the order within the week. When i discovered a hole in one of the shirts, the automated customer service was quick to respond to me and connected me to the service team after figuring out my problem. All in all i like the quality of the print and the fabric :)

Jonah was such a brilliant help with organising my reorder and was so efficient it getting it sorted. Thank you so much.

I initially ordered a top for a concert from IPWT, and it just wasn’t what I expected when I received it, and didn’t resemble the picture on the website. I queried this, and Hani got back to me straight away, actively listened to my concerns, and talked to the printing team. As IPWT don’t do refunds, she offered to send me a new top at no extra cost. My concern was dealt with quickly, and I really appreciated it. Thank you Hani!

I ordered a t-shirt as a birthday present for a friend. After opening the package, I decided that I could not give it to anyone as it would sure be the worst gift they received.

The sale made it seem like it was a great deal, however I have still paid too much for what I have received. The Cotton is stiff and reminiscent of Fruit of the Loom t-shirts, that can be bought for £5. On the website the print looks to be of high quality, which does not translate to the grainy, lopsided print actually found on the t-shirt. I also ordered a baby tee which was just as bad.

On top of all this, I was under the impression that I could return my purchase within 30 days by contacting customer service, as suggested in the shipping and returns box on each product page. However, their real refund policy, is hard to find and hidden under legal terms. They claim everything is made to order, which allows them to escape the EU Cool- off period law.

I can assure you these t-shirts are mass produced and are not worth your time or money.

I want my £42 back.

Jonah was absolutely brilliant in locating my parcel and sending it out again due to an address mistake on my end. Very helpful and friendly. Received my parcel and absolutely love it. Thank you, Jonah!

Jonah helped us with a missing order and he was genuinely a lovely human to deal with. My daughter loves her tshirts and the quality is great.

Sadly the shirt I ordered was out of stock, but in print we trust helped out immediately. Hani was very kind and helpful in finding a solution I was comfortable with.

I had an issue regarding an item missing from my order- now usually companies would not care about this and would just dismiss the issue. I spoke with Jonah and had the best customer service support I have ever received. Utterly fantastic. Thanks Jonah !

Costomer service was great from Hani. My package got lost in the mail. Hani made sure that I got my package and was alot of help throughtout the whole process. She got back to my email very quickly and the customer service was great.

Jonah is amazing! He has been so supportive and helpful. I needed to change my shipping address and he promptly answered my email requesting the change and made the switch for me without issue. He also went above and beyond by emailing me to tell me my items were on their way and sent me my tracking info. He's the best!

Unfortunately our initial order was lost in transit, which was a shame as it was a Birthday present. However on contacting the company they organised a replacement quickly. Great customer service from Jonah.

Although the website showed a shirt in stock when it wasn't, Hani's customer service was amazing and did everything to rectify the issue!

My daughter bought a shirt in her normal size and it came in way to small. They have a no return policy, so I wrote a negative review here. But after contact they sent a free new, right one. Good, friendly communication and service. Therefor I update this review!
