Product warranty does not work with this companyWhen a €450 device broke down less than…

When a €450 device broke down less than 6 months after it was put into service, the company did not want to deal with the problem. Our emails were not answered. On the phone they gave misleading and false answers that delayed the issue. Finally, they announced that they were just a sales company and told us to contact maintenance. This took a total of 2 weeks of wasted time. We had to start a new conversation with the product manufacturer from scratch.
