Tried someone else for my Mum not long ago and have to say whereas the other one was utterly useless and a complete waste of time, Thomas is the absolute opposite. Main points which made working with him so positive:
> Everything done via email, text and phone (so no invasion of privacy and cups of tea required).
> Proficient and knowledgeable - delivered exactly what was asked for in a timely fashion (1st call 8th August and mortgage offer received 5th September - would have been faster but I delayed the valuation by a week).
> Honest and straight forward to deal with.
