Rust and will not honor warranty

I purchased two sets of this flatware. They were great for the first month. We washed them in the dishwasher, as instructed. Then, tiny dots of rust started to show. After several more washings, the handles were fully rusted. I contacted customer service and after several emails back and forth, a man named Vijay Maheshwari, who identified as CEO, asked for some photos. I sent them then he said he would send me a shipping label. He never did. After emailing him again several times, I called. He said that it must have been my fault and I must of washed them in acid. I kid you not. Why would anyone do that? Then he said there was nothing he could do even though the warranty on his website says they "industry-leading 25-year stainless steel and 1-year quality warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship". So now I am stuck with rusted out, useless flatware. Never buy from this company.

I bought a flatware sets from…

I bought a flatware sets from inoxflatware less than a year ago. The price of the furniture is to match the quality. You think the more you spend the better quality. I constantly have feathers poking out of the flatware.
