Inology IT is a Manchester-based managed IT support provider (MSP) for UK small businesses with 5–50 staff. We were founded in 2002 and have been doing this for 24 years from our office on Tameside Business Park in Denton, M34 3QS. We are veteran-founded, deliberately small, and we keep it that way on purpose. Four UK-based engineers in Manchester support 45+ businesses and 350+ users across seven industries — legal, accountancy, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit and startups. No single client makes up more than 20% of our book. Every engineer is DBS-checked and works from our Denton office. There is no outsourced first-line, no offshore desk, and no chatbot pretending to triage. We publish our prices. Three packages: Baseline (£55/user/month, no setup fee), Plus (£70/user/month + £850 one-off setup, Cyber Essentials-aligned) and Complete (£85/user/month, ISO 27001-readiness). Servers are £95/server/month flat. Critical (P1) incidents get a 15-minute response on every tier. Standard support hours are 08:00–18:00 Monday–Friday, with 24/7 monitoring on endpoints, servers and key cloud services, and out-of-hours P1 cover via a documented engineer on-call rota. We are Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified at organisation level, NHS DSPT-experienced, and a Microsoft Modern Work Solutions Partner.
