Excellent service from Stephen and other team involved in the process of our premise alcohol licence. The location that we are Stephen clearly explained to me the process as this zone is a bit difficult to obtain. But by receiving his conditions before he submit to the Council, I was relief about it. He had everything ready in details to submit. The application process from the start to finish was communicated clearly to me at each stage. Highly recommended Innpacked Ltd. Excellent training training course

Innpacked were exceptional in every respect. What initially felt like a daunting and complex process was broken down into clear, manageable steps — and we were guided with patience, clarity, and expertise throughout.
Stephen, Emma and Grace were superb: always available, endlessly patient with our countless questions, and impressively quick with turnaround times. They successfully delivered both our premises licence and personal licence on time and within budget.
We’ll absolutely be using them again for all our licensing needs — highly recommended.

APLH online course!! Absolutely brilliant
I recently took the face to face APLH course in Bournemouth. It was a great course and Kelli was hugely knowledgeable and friendly.
Lunch was provided and the whole experience was well worth doing the course in person rather than online - I passed the exam and was given the results instantly which was brilliant.

The lecture notes and sessions were very detailed and easy to understand. I must say you will need to emphasize on the downloadable materials as these really helped. It took me awhile due to my workload, but once I made up my mind to finish it, it was done. Thanks for the online help too during the setup. All good guys.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received
I was totally satisfied with the service I received from Innpacked. I had a successfull outcome, despite having 8 objections plus the local town council to my application. I am certain that I would not have had overcome on my own. It was only with the professional guidance of Stephen that I achieved this result. I can't give high enough praise and would certainly reccommend their services to prospective clients. I consider the money paid was very well spent.

Great service from the Team
Great service from Stephen, Grace and Emma. I live abroad so took the package where they look after the exam and the application. Really quick, all my questions were resolved quickly too.
My only gripe isn't with InnPacked, but the county councils who want hard copies of everything - in 2025!
I will highly recommend the InnPacked team to everyone who's interested, they did a great job.
