I asked for a solutions and got a peace of mind
My issue was that my 3 e-shops, 3 B2C platforms that we sell through, accounting and warehouse, as well as shipment were all disconnected and it was a full on mess. I am not an IT person, I work in retail and had no idea where to start to make life easier.
When I was introduced to this company, they did the reasearch, offered solutions and finally, I do not have to write seperate invoices mechanically for each and every order (mind you, we are retailers online to end customers), shipment tags and warehouse stock deductions, to change product quantity manually on each site. It is all automated.
If not for them, I might be still doing all manually and not keeping up with all orders and stock.
