My belief in the science outweighed my skeptism about the sales techniques

I like that I wasn't held captive to a long video before the sale. As soon as the sale starts I am cautious and in this case I was happy that everything proceeded quickly until...all the after-sale promotions. I immediately start to doubt the authenticity of the science and the product. I know this is common now - scientists sounding like car salesmen. I wish it could be different.

Not a straighforward problem

I needed help with my log on and it wasn't a straightforward problem. It took a few emails and I was able to solve the problem because of the guidance I received.

Horrendous scam

Horrendous! I cancelled my subscription and was charged after I cancelled. Locked out of the app so couldn’t see what was going on - because I had cancelled it. Finally spoke to customer service who told me that cancelling the subscription with them doesn’t actually cancel the subscription!!! They will not refund the amount in full that they took after cancelling. SCAM -STAY AWAY!

I cancelled my subscription and they…

I cancelled my subscription and they are still charging. I cancelled my account so I can’t even log in to make a complaint. I would advise to stay well away.
