As advertised my deep sleep rose from my typical 60 minutes or less to 1 hour 20 minutes. I also slept 6 hours which is more than typical. Mind you, this was all while I am still struggling with stayi... See more

The first session was beneficial and calming in a world that feels out of control
It's pretty easy to buy. But it took a while for the content to load on to the app after signing in. I'w had some bad luck with apps lately and I thought "Oh no not this one as well but after about 5 minuts the content appered. And it's some very nice sounds.I hope that it will help with my very poor sleep.
Pleased with what they are offering. It is well worth it and is comparatively inexpensive. Thank you for giving me some peace of mind. Truly appreciate!
Asked the right questions, I have been having trouble staying asleep and I’m sick of trying natural remedies
Do not trust this company. I have been in contact with Innerflo for two months now. They have explicitly told me that my subscription is cancelled, yet they continue to charge my Mastercard every single month.
I have sent them bank statements proving the unauthorized charges, but they just keep making excuses, claiming they "cannot find me in the system" while simultaneously taking my money. This is a deliberate subscription trap and outright theft.
The content is mediocre and no better than free tracks on Spotify. But the real issue is their fraudulent billing practices. If you give them your card details, they will not let go. I am now forced to have my bank block them and issue a new card. STAY AWAY!

The sytem was very easy to use ande undertand.
Was easy, but I dislike the "one more screen" asking to add on ONE bundle at a time. I would prefer: LAY IT OUT first - I don't like those extra screens, implying urgency being thrust on you after you have already committed to paying...and they are only "one time" for lifetime benefits? SInce this is supposed to be science based, might give overview, lay it out, then give one more chance if people decline? Look forward to using it.
It was a good experience. I found it finished before I went to sleep; but I enjoyed it and it calmed me down. I am not a fan of having my phone on all night beside my bed...dont want to be woken by a call or many notification dings in the middle of the night.
Great selection of sounds/music. I may use just as a calming devise during the evening. Its a good app.
The tab selections worked really well.
As soon as I reported my problem,
I was assisted and sorted in no time at all- wonderful service!
