I went to the Inner Camp experience in Birmingham after I could not make it to a London event. Anamaria and the team were very helpful before the event when I had ticket issues, and sourced me a chair for the event itself due to pain issues sitting on the floor. During the event I felt well held and cared for by all the staff involved. The breathwork and somatic practices were really powerful and gave me a release. I would recommend Inner Camp to anyone, and I will be attending events in the future.

I recently completed the Innercamp on-site training, and it was an incredibly enriching and transformative experience.
From start to finish, the training was thoughtfully designed, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on application. The facilitators created a safe and supportive environment that encouraged personal growth, reflection, and genuine connection with others in the group.
What stood out most was the holistic approach—integrating mind, body, and emotional wellbeing in a way that felt both grounded and empowering. The content was not only insightful but also immediately applicable, whether for personal development or professional practice.
The in-person element made a huge difference. Being fully immersed allowed for deeper learning, meaningful conversations, and a strong sense of community.
I’ve come away with new tools, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose in the work I want to do moving forward. I would highly recommend Innercamp to anyone looking to expand their knowledge, grow personally, and step more confidently into a space of supporting others.
A truly impactful experience.

I completed the Energy Training with InnerCamp and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations on every level.
What stands out immediately is the level of integrity and trust you feel throughout the entire experience. From the very beginning, the team creates a space that feels safe, grounded, and incredibly professional. You can tell that this is not just another training — it’s built with real care, depth, and intention.
The Energy Training itself is powerful and deeply transformational. It’s not only about learning techniques, but about truly experiencing and embodying the work. The way the content is structured allows you to go deep while still feeling supported at all times.
I was also genuinely impressed by the customer experience. Communication is clear, responsive, and thoughtful. Everything runs smoothly, and you always feel seen and taken care of — which, in this kind of work, makes a huge difference.
What makes InnerCamp stand out is their consistency:
They don’t just talk about trust and transformation — they actually live it in how they guide, teach, and support their students.
If you’re considering the Energy Training, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s a high-quality, trustworthy, and truly impactful experience that stays with you long after the training ends.

I have just got home after the in-person part of the InnerCamp Holosomatic Energy Training (I am doing the hybrid course).
I went in with no real expectations, and it turned out to be so much more than I imagined. Not just the training itself, but the instructors and the venue as well.
Everything felt really well held and thought through, and I left feeling inspired and looking forward to what comes next.

I had a truly unique and transformative experience. From the beginning, I felt a welcoming, professional environment that was carefully prepared to create a sense of wellbeing and connection.
The entire process was deeply transformative, allowing me to truly experience the power of my breath in practice. It was a moment of presence, awareness and reconnection with myself — something that goes far beyond a simple experience; it is something you feel from within.
The session was guided with great sensitivity, attention to detail and genuine care, which made everything even more special. I left feeling renewed, lighter and with a new awareness of my body and energy.
I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone seeking balance, wellbeing and a truly meaningful experience.

The experience was unique. I never thought that, despite my anxiety disorder, I would be capable of going through this process in a group of 180 people and allowing myself to open up to building a deeper connection with myself. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and can only recommend it to anyone who is interested in being supported on their path of healing.

I had the most profound experience at the Manchester Holosomatic Event. It was professional, warm and very welcoming. It started with a gentle opening of the heart in the first part. Then the second half a huge emotional purge and release, which I did not expect but most importantly it was very safe and a well contained environment. I booked the 21 day course and Brighton retreat and I just know it will be phenomenal. Excellent organisation cannot recommend enough! 🩵

I have just completed my breathwork Facilitator journey and what an amazing experience its been. From start to finish its been both fun and very informative, each live session was amazing, with a community feel and the online work was great, deep diving into every part of the breath. This is my second course with Inner camp and will definitely be back for more.

I started my Holosomatic Bodywork Training a couple of weeks back with the on-site training in Malága. I loved the experienced trainers, the materials and all the practices we did and learned so much already. At the same time it was not only a week of learning for me, but also a signifcant part in my personal healing journey, that I'm really grateful for. Would definetely recommend the training and events to everyone :)

Wonderful experience where you fully relax your mind and body. Focus on the breathing for the whole 4 hrs. The experience is immense and totally worth doing if you have stress, trauma, anxiety. Thank you InnerCamp for your great work.

What an incredible experience. This is the second event I have attended, a unique experience at each one but both equally as restoring, resetting and healing in a safe, supportive environment. Thank you 🙏

I honestly had one of the greatest body experiences i’ve ever had. I have been keeping in a lot of trauma and though not all was tackled last night - I was able to release lots of pain and suffering i’ve been bottling up for years. It was a great start to my healing journey and will be coming again!

InnerCamp wasn’t just a training for me. This last year has honestly been one of the most challenging, but also one of the most transformative years of my life — and I truly mean that.
I joined the Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy Training not really knowing how much it would change me. What I received was so much more than a certification. It was a deep personal journey that opened many doors for me — professionally, but even more personally.
What I really appreciate about InnerCamp is the combination of heart and structure. The approach feels very human and warm, but at the same time grounded in psychology and science. It never felt “esoteric” or vague — there’s real knowledge behind it, and that gave me a lot of trust in the process.
The training itself is very rich in content. There is a lot of input, but it’s well organized and easy to follow. The modules are structured clearly, and even if English isn’t your first language, everything is explained in a way that’s understandable. I learned so many practical tools, exercises, and techniques that I already use in my everyday life — especially in difficult situations. And I feel well prepared to bring them into my future work as well.
The on-site training in Málaga was a very special experience. I felt safe, supported, and encouraged to really show up as myself. Whenever challenges came up, the team did their best to find solutions. There was always someone available if questions arose, and that support didn’t just end after the training. Even afterwards, I felt that I could reach out and would receive help or guidance.
Another beautiful part of this journey has been the community. Being part of InnerCamp means being surrounded by open, warm, and inspiring people. That sense of connection is something I’m deeply grateful for.
For me, this was not just an investment in a career path — it was an investment in myself. And I received more than I expected. I grew, I learned, and I feel more connected to who I am.
I can genuinely recommend this training to anyone who feels called to this work. It has been a meaningful and life-changing experience for me.

I joined their theater workshop in London and the breatwork summit online, and it was AMAZING and beyond! So powerful! Hundreds of people creating a beautiful energy and a safe space together. One breathe, one heart beat, one world, only love, acceptance, and kindness. No judgement, no questions asked.
Loved the variety of activities and the fact that they are really into it, focused on the practices and people rather than sales and advertising themselves as it happens usually in these events. I've learnt so much about myself and this is just the beginning.
The founder, Alexis, is really nice, connected to people and you can see that he enjoys guiding us in these practices.
The delivery is professional, but with warmth and authenticity. Lovely team taking care of people.
I'm very much inspired and now I'm considering taking the Breathwork Training with InnerCamp.
