An impersonal service
My son attended Innate Health Chiropractic for some treatment on his neck and back. Although he has received some computer read outs detailing the issues he has with his back and spine the treatment has not had the impact we had hoped for. We understand that treatment for such issues can obviously take time and we were not expecting a quick fix. What we were hoping for was a more compassionate and considerate approach to his health issues. He found the service to be rushed and his chiropractor dismissive. He was told on occasion that he could use apparatus but needed to be quick as another customer was arriving imminently. Left to wait 10 minutes into his appointment while his chiropractor chatted but still ejected on time for the next attendee. On each occasion other patients were treated at the same time in the half an hour window diluting the service my son received. Although the treatment wasn’t cheap it was not the most expensive around and the rates seemed reasonable for a good treatment leading to improvement. My teenage son found the whole service quite impersonal and when he took a moment to consider booking a future course of treatment his chiropractor appeared agitated and quickly turned his back to treat another customer. I think this sums up Innate Health Chiropractors approach and we would not recommend.
