I ordered 4 shirts from this company. All 4 were delivered with incorrect shirts. I requested a refund and Ericka told me that I can get a partial refund for $11 or coupon for $14 for each shirt and no refund for the shipping costs. They also shipped the 4 shirts separately so I paid 4x the shipping costs. I feel that this company sent me 4 incorrect shirts purposely and want to pay me partially so they can pocket the rest. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The return labels were an address that doesn't exist. This may be a scam company. I should have read the reviews before ordering as their reviews are terrible. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but you have to put something.

I have orders three items with the amount of R2000.00, on the 11 June 2023, until now did not get my order, when I request refund due to not delivery, they said they don't do refund, also they don't reply to proper feedback on email, the just say they will track my order until now. Each and every time I sent email they came back after a week. Thos is a SCAM, I am always buying online, I never experience this service. DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE!!!!!

I am taking other actions now, as my money is vanishing like that!

Despite seeing really bad reviews, I ordered one tshirt (my first purchase with these guys) because I really liked their designs.

I only ordered one t-shirt and after nearly 4 weeks of waiting for it to arrive, it came down in the wrong size. (I ordered L and it came 3XL).

When I contacted them about it they told me they had no refund policy. I was told to pay to return the item to them, and then once it arrived I would receive the refund (but still not be refunded for postage).

I told them this was ridiculous as it was not my mistake. They then offered me a £7 partial refund. After I refused they then offered me a £9 partial refund. After a long and gruelling 5 days of refusing this, I got no where.

I have since told them that I will accept the refund of £9 and never use their services again.

FYI, you can find the exact same clothes on SHEIN for much cheaper and they are the same quality if not better.

I have screenshots of all these emails as well, for anyone who has their doubts.

TL:DR don’t use these guys, they don’t offer refunds even when messing up your orders.

Do not purchase from this company!!! I received my package after about a month of waiting...with the wrong items!!! The company sent me two, identical pairs of pants that were totally different from the other pairs I ordered and wanted me to pay for their error to return, and they would then refund my initial purchase, minus any associated fees, etc. A total rip off !!!

I recieved clothes from this shop just today (after 6 weeks). And it is really bad joke. I wish I would read this reviews before I bought something. They have many other e-shops. I ordered shorts M and recieved maybe XL. Quality of material is the worst I have ever seen . I could share a picture If it would be possible.

Low Quality Products made in china.

Clothes wash out and rip quickly.

I has been a long time since I seen t-shirts of such poor quality. One t-shirt came with an UNCUT COLLAR. I mean - the excess fabric which should have been cut, was still there.

Overall, the quality makes your skin crawl. I would be embarrassed being seen in public in that. I ordered 5 t-shirts and didn't even try on all of them, because it was obvious that it was garbage.

Do not buy their products, they are terrible.

I ordered clothes from the site, the link via Instagram. I had a change of mind a day later and emailed them to cancel the order. They then told me the order had been sent already. When it arrived I emailed them straight away asking them for the returns address no reply other than the 30 days policy. I then sent about 4 identical emails each being responded to by a different person and one of them tried offering me a deal in which I kept the clothes but had £40 off the next order. (My order came to over £100). Again no address to send the returns to.

I will contact my bank and instruct them to reclaim the money. The quality of the product is poor and the customer service is non-existant. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible company, save your time and money and go elsewhere. It's been 57 days at this point, and nothing has arrived. Tracking information isn't even provided. They return emails once per day, with no result whatsoever. SCAM COMPANY!! They have been reported to Amex to get my money back and a Better Business Bureau (BBB) investigation has been filed.

I have never seen clothing products made with substandard cloths and stitching.

I have foolishly purchased a number of shirts / outerwear from this company. When the items were delivered there was no need to remove any of these products from the plastic packaging in order to make a determination of the substandard quality of these products.

When I requested a return approval it was denied.

This was a product offered by Pinterest!

Shame on Pinterest for offering this garbage.

I will never purchase on a Pinterest site again.

If I could give them 0 I would . It was absolutely horrible what I got . Wrong sizes wrong items wrong colours threads everywhere . What a scam ! Do not order .

Even though they messed up the order, they are asking me to pay for postage to exchange the items, or a measly partial refund. What a joke.
Do not bother with this mob.

P.S. not even going to bother trying sending them back and appealing for a refund because they state: "We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund" this means if you are lucky (unlikely) you get your refund after ages and with loads of effort. However, they don't even say what's going to happen if they will decline the refund... Are you going to keep the money and the items???

Please tell me in gods name why is this company still up and running ???? As much of people that had been scammed in Broad day, even our so called social media apps are allowing this kind of scams to continue to happen and it’s pathetic like insta tick tok Facebook etc, do not buy from the Inlyline company it’s been three month since I placed an order over 80$ And still nothing all we do is exchange Emails back and fourth but the ppl responding are only bots and they pretty much say the same shït**** do your research before ordering….

Received one out of 6 items and also freaking 3 number's above the size I ordered and waited for over 2 months. This is rubbish

Literally never received my order and when I try to contact them they block me.

I’ve never received a product so bad, i saw the ad on tik tok and checked them out i liked how the shirts looked so i ordered 4 and they all look suppppppper bad i can’t even describe how embarrassing it is one shirt says medium but fits me like a 3xl, crazy don’t buy, (no wonder tiktok comments where turned off)

don't buy, there are some crooks, I bought some products I waited 20 days nothing came and when I asked for explanations they blocked me

I bought like 7 items 3 of which are actually ok the pants are made of cheap parachute material. None of it is even close to the advertisements. I wouldn’t reorder and kinda wish I hadn’t in the first place. Oh and it took almost a month to get to me. Try intotheam.com wayyyyy better quality and fast delivery
