Poor communication

Will not deal with this company again!
Initially felt happy with the speed of delivery etc. However when returning the item as it does not fit, I have created a returns which was authorised I received no email to show me where to return etc. I have emailed 4 times sent a message on my account and used their contact us page and still no reply three days later and my return has to be received within 14days. Left feeling stressed and annoyed at the time its taking to simply return my item.
