Inlingua Ingolstadt Katastrophe

Hiermit möchte ich mich über den unangemessenen Umgang mit meinem Anliegen beschweren.
Trotz einer medizinisch notwendigen Operation und meiner nachweislich krankheitsbedingten Absage für den Test am 09.05.2026 wurde keinerlei Verständnis gezeigt. Stattdessen wurde ausschließlich auf Gebühren verwiesen und in einem unangemessenen Ton geantwortet.

Ich empfinde den Umgang mit erkrankten Teilnehmern als weder kundenfreundlich noch respektvoll. Besonders in gesundheitlichen Ausnahmefällen sollte mehr Professionalität, Empathie und Lösungsbereitschaft erwartet werden können!
Ich bitte darum, meine Beschwerde intern weiterzuleiten und künftig sensibler mit vergleichbaren Fällen umzugehen.
PS: Es war mir nicht möglich, den Operationstermin bereits vier Wochen im Voraus zu vereinbaren, da mir dieser Termin erst kurzfristig von den behandelnden Ärzten mitgeteilt wurde.
Zudem empfehle ich Ihnen, Ihre Regelungen und Ihren Umgang mit solchen Fällen zu überdenken und zu verbessern!
