Good Products, good price, slow delivery

Have always ordered form InkStation and their products are good and reliable. Price is very good.
Initially I gave 3 stars due to time taken for delivery; updated this to 4 stars after response from Inkstation - see below.
I used to get my delivery next day but this time it took over 3 days.
Got response from Inkstation- order was delayed due to me placing order on the weekend.

These ink jets are printing really faded!! …

These ink jets are printing really faded. No where near as good as my last order. Disappointing.
