Am 14.05.26 Waren bestellt. Keine Lieferung

Am 14.05.26 Waren bestellt. Trotz Nachfrage per Email keine Lieferung erfolgt. Antwort am 18.05.26: unser Shop befindet sich in der Übernahme einer neuer Gesellschaft, daher kann es zu Verzögerugen kommen. 
Seid dem ist Ruhe. Auftrag storniert und Geld zurückgefordert am 30.05.26. Keine Antwort und keine Erstattung bis heute. Für mich sind es Betrüger. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg.
Offensichtlich erscheint die Website immer für ein paar Tage um Opfer anzulocken und dann verschwindet die Seite wieder.

Enttäuschend

Habe wie andere Kunden ebenfalls online bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Die Ware wurde nie versandt. E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Schließlich kam ich per Telefon an einen Angestellten der mir einen zeitnahen Versand zusicherte.
Inzwischen erreicht man unter der Telefonnummer niemanden mehr.

Ich müsste ebenfalls ein Chargeback Verfahren einleiten.

Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung

Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Die Lieferung hätte spätestens Mitte März erfolgen sollen – bis heute ist keine Ware eingetroffen.

Besonders problematisch: Der Kundenservice reagiert überhaupt nicht. Mehrere Anfragen bleiben vollständig unbeantwortet. Es gibt keinerlei Information zum Status der Bestellung oder zur Verzögerung.

So ein Verhalten ist inakzeptabel. Wer Vorkasse bzw. Kreditkartenzahlung verlangt, muss zumindest erreichbar sein und liefern oder erstatten.

Ich habe inzwischen ein Chargeback-Verfahren eingeleitet.

Fazit: Keine Empfehlung – hier sollte man besser nicht bestellen.
