Lovely product but slow delivery
Lovely product but slow delivery and dishonest timeframes
I love the print and frame but it took over a month to get to me, so don't trust the suggested time frames on their website/ or in their AI generated apology emails.
I ordered 28 December, received email on 12 January saying there were delays due to holiday period and would be dispatched in 4-7 days, I received it on 29 January. It usually takes a couple of days for things to reach me from Melbourne so it was annoying they kept saying it was coming when it wasn't!

Individual and eye-catching art!
I saw this company advertised over Facebook so I browsed their website and loved what I saw.
I placed an order and whilst initially the wrong order arrived, it was quickly rectified and my correct print was sent out straight away. It’s now pinned to my wall and looks super cute. I was also allowed to keep the wrong print that was sent out.
Their customer service is excellent and really cannot be faulted. Would definitely recommend.
A corrected mistake
I ordered a print and although a beautiful one, it wasn’t the right one that the art house sent me. I sent them a message and they replied within a few hours and corrected the mistake immediately. I got the right print and an apology. I really appreciate the effort and help and the corrected mistake (which anyone can do). The prints are a really good quality and they are both nicely designed. Would really recommend them for buying some nice prints, they have a really amazing selection. Thank you.

Ordering from Inka Arthouse was a smooth experience. They are a 10/10. Loved the products I ordered although I had got the measurements in my space wrong and had to return the items. I loved the pieces I ordered from them. Return process was effortless. Inka Arthouse will always be my top of the choices.

I did have some trouble with sizing on arrival (be aware that the sizing of prints takes into account the white border) but Jen at Inka was extremely helpful in organising an exchange for me. If you are unsure get in touch with her first as their customer service is excellent.
Excellent quality and customer service
I ordered a print from this company and because I viewed the print on my phone, I couldn’t fully see the detail. The print itself was really high quality when it arrived and it arrived neatly and safely packaged. I decided I didn’t want the print in the end and asked if I could return it. Sandy was endlessly helpful and communicated clearly. Customer service was 10/10.
I returned the print and got a confirmation email within a couple of days. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a print because quality and communication are both excellent.
I ordered two things
I ordered two things. First of all the delivery was pretty delayed, and when it finally arrived one of the two things were missing. They answered me pretty quickly, but told me they were out of stock of the missing item.
Very, very poor quality print.
Delivery took longer than noted on their website, once the item was received I was shocked by the quality of the print, quite obviously a poor print. It was 'Ladies & Pasta 1939 Italy'. Such a great subject but almost laughable when you see it. No clear definition to the rocky scape, questionable detail to the ladies and their clothing, very, very poor. My advice is not to purchase from this outfit, unless you want to view the print from 100 metres away..........
Order from somewhere else
took 20 days to arrive, wasn't in a tube as expected thus making the paper forever crinkled. Not to mention the print looked low quality and blotchy
Great costumer service!
I placed and paid and order on the 29th December but, somehow, it was nowhere to be found. I couldn't even find and e-mail message about it. It was as if I hadn't done anything. After waiting for some time, I reached Inka's costumer service. We exchanged a few messages and they were incredible and didn't stop until it was located. A wonderful costumer service! Truly deserveful of a 5 star-review! I can't wait to get my framed print! You now have a faithful costumer from the other side of the world. All the best from Portugal ♥️
Amazing customer service
Very impressed with Inka’s customer service today. When I received my very large picture by courier, after hanging I noticed a very small crack in the glass in one of the corners. By the time I noticed it I had destroyed the packaging so sending the package back would have been difficult. After sending pictures and explaining the issue by email, Inka owned the issue and sent me a brand new one in its place - not insisting that I return the old one in return. In a world where most transactions are no longer carried out face to face it was refreshing to see Inka championing old fashioned customer service - I will be back. Thank you . Matt

Lovely print although surprised to find Gustav Klimt had changed his name posthumously..and my print proudly stated it was by Gustav Climt.

Awesome Service
My experience was a bit up and down but none of the down was Inka's fault. They were let down by Australia Post with the timeframe for delivery and also the state of the parcel on arrival. This didn't stop them from bending over backwards to rectify the situation and ensure I was looked after. Thanks for awesome customer service.
My experience in dealing with Inka Art
I ordered a print and I was delighted with it. It was exactly what I had ordered. (On-line purchases can be a hit or a miss sometime). Unfortunately, the print was damaged in transit and when I advised Inka Art they agreed to send me a replacement without any quibbling. This is a company I can trust and I will certainly order more art from them.
