SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered what was supposed to be made from recycled horseshoes. I recieved a box of cheap plastic that I need to assemble! SO SO SO disappointed! I thought my 87 year old flower Lady would love one in her back yard. Paid almost $30 for a box of JUNK! I can't even THINK she would consider it a plus for her garden! SOOOOO Disappointed!! I ordered 2 and recieved 2 very light boxes of junk plastic!

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY! Buyer beware! Product purchased was suppose to be a cross made out of iron recycled horseshoes. I received a cheap plastic horseshoe replication with a cheap tin heart. It also took over a month to receive the piece of crap from China. I will be trying to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Scam Product - Super Cheap Plastic

These items are super cheap plastic, in pieces, no assembly information. I corresponded with them for a refund and they asked for a picture. I sent them a picture, and they said they were sorry I am dissatisfied, but the product I received is correct. The Facebook post that I originally saw that caused me to purchase the items was a short story of a lady saying she injured her hand and could no longer make these and was selling what was in stock. I've seen another post where they're talking about their apprentice, a good craftsman making this handmade art. The picture of the actual item is clearly thicker, high quality metal. I ordered a large and a small one. They are both the same size. This product took a month to arrive from China. Long story short, this is a scam. I am working with PayPal and trying to get a refund. - Update: the company "apologized" and offered me a $10 refund on PayPal. I declined that and am continuing with the process. I also reported their Facebook page as a scam and commented on their reviews to warn others. They are flat out lying and ripping people off. The real company selling this product is Iron 'N Lace LLC.

Update 3/2/24: I JUST got my case resolved today with PayPal and was refunded for this purchase.

The product is NOT what is pictured

The product is NOT what is pictured. The item is not made from horseshoes but made from a cheap tin. The item comes in pieces with no directions. The item is not the size I ordered. What more do I need to say. This is NOT what I was led to believe it to be. The ad in FB is attached to unsuspecting FB users, as in hacking! These people are frauds! Do NOT order from them.

Don't fall for it

Like the other person who commented, I also fell for the sob story on facebook about the artist retiring due to hand injury and I hastily ordered the "Natural Horseshoe Cross With Heart" based on the description that the product was handmade from recycled horseshoes (under the impression that it was a dwindling supply).

I placed my order 17 days ago, and have received nothing other than an order confirmation (no shipping update or tracking number). I returned to the website and product page to look into contacting the seller and that's when I noticed a partial watermark on one of the product images ("Lace LLC"). A google search revealed that there is an "Iron and Lace LLC" etsy shop that sells these (the real handmade horseshoe crosses) for much more (over $100). The ingeniousi website is using stolen product photos from that etsy shop.

So then I did a google image search and found that there are a lot of online sellers that are selling these while also using stolen images from that same etsy shop. There are even many of them Amazon. In reading the reviews on Amazon and these other websites the product has very poor reviews - especially that they're not made from real horseshoes, it's just flimsy stamped metal (like a sign). I have not received the product from ingeniousi so I can't say for sure if they are also selling this cheap imitation but it would not shock me, considering they demonstrated that they lack integrity by using stolen product images.

If you want the real thing, find Iron and Lace LLC on etsy and request a custom piece from them. The horseshoe heart cross is currently out of stock there, but maybe they would make a custom one. Be prepared to pay a lot more.

If you don't mind a cheap imitation (flat stamped metal with imprinting) then go search for it on Amazon. Amazon has them starting at $10.

I'm attempting to cancel my order through the sellers two email addresses, and I've also gone ahead and opened a claim with paypal since I have little hope. I hope they cancel my order before they ship it, but in any case I don't want it - I just want my money back. I don't want to do business with a company that uses stolen product photos. It's dishonest. I just want my order canceled and refunded.

SHOP ELSEWHERE, SCAM!!

Within less than an hour of my purchase, my hackles were up regarding this site. The ad on Facebook made you believe that there was an individual creating and selling these items and that they had to go out of business because of a hand injury. I purchased these as Christmas gifts. My fault for not looking at the scam sites, but even when I did, there was no information. Probably because this "company" is too new to have any bad experiences listed yet. The reason I know that it is not safe and not valid is because when I tried to cancel the order using the email address, they gave me a link to a customer service site and it was nothing but a circular dumpster, impossible to contact anyone that could help. I contacted PayPal immediately and they filed a case for me. Several more days will pass before they can wrap it up, but every attempt I have made to cancel this order through "Ingeniousi" has been met with the same fate.

They have shipped the items, totally going against my MULTIPLE requests AND the PayPal intervention, and I'm sure there's more to deal with regarding this mess. Fury doesn't quite cover it. All I can say is, if you're smart, avoid this thievery.

Merry Christmas, 2023.🙄
