I've ordered from Ingenious Gifts a couple of times now and have been really impressed. The products are beautifully made, great quality and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the products and the service.

Another thing I really enjoy is following along with the stories behind the makers and seeing the creative processes. It's lovely to see the thought, passion and craftsmanship that goes into each product, and it makes supporting a small business feel that much more personal.

Communication has always been excellent, my orders arrived well packaged, and the finished items were even better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order again and would highly recommend Ingenious Gifts to anyone looking for thoughtful, handmade gifts.

I’ve been part of Ingenious Gifts for less than a year, and I love it! The website looks so clean and professional, and the process was super easy—my listings transferred over from my Etsy store without me having to redo anything. Andrew has been incredibly helpful anytime I’ve needed support. It’s a great platform for handmade artists!

Have started the process of moving my traffic over to ingenious gifts as I was tired of the mounting percentages and complicated fee structure in etsy.
How helpful Andrew has been in getting my store up and running. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with a human being and not a massive company. Andrew really seems to care about the sellers and our crafts, he moved over all my existing listings and troubleshooted when I had issues. My experience so far has been very friendly and professional and worth the money for the amount of work to move all of my listings. I am looking forward to seeing the site grow.

I came across this company after receiving a lovely gift from someone during a difficult time I was going through.

I have never had such a lovely packaged gift, there were layers that added to the whole experience, and still a couple of months later I am absolutely amazed at the level of detail, I will be using this company to buy all my gifts now moving forward and even better some of their proceeds go to the brain tumour charity.

I was the very lucky winner of a competition that Ingenious Gifts ran on their Instagram page a few weeks ago. The prize was a £50 spend on their most lovely website. The only downfall was that the choice of what to buy was a hard one, with their being so many beautiful items for sale. I eventually chose two incredibly beautiful necklaces hand crafted by the very talented Gina Kim Jewellery. The process of buying was so easy, and delivery was made in just a few days. I'm absolutely bowled over at the quality of the jewellery and the professionalism of the owners and sellers are first class.
