I had a good support to something went wrong by my responsibility. They have understood exactly the situation and gave me any answer. If I can suggest something to increase the service, the "Italian Translation" is not accurate. Infact the error was made because the "Codice Fiscale" field in the form is translated as "Number.. something".

The kDrive solution works very well, and I use it every day.

I'm satisfied by the hosting and the support.

Switzerland based company.
Speaks fluently french (german I assume also and perhaps italian) and obviously english.
Proposes services that are quite unique such as rental of Synology NASes, VPS instances for a good price.
There seems to be also the possibility to house your own servers in there datacenter(s).
Alongside with the free electron mail provider, you are partially protected by Swiss sovereignty.
So nor EU, nor USA, nor Russia or China, will have easy access to your data. (US based systems are enforced to be monitored by American National Security Agencies (CIA, NSA, etc)

Live happy, live hidden, does not mean you are a criminal, just a freedom defender.

NB: Switzerland is part of Schengen Treaty... and they also are EEC members (like norway) if I'm not mistaken)

I’ve been using Infomaniak since 2004 and this company’s services are absolutely great.

Today it has become an essential tool for our company and clients on all levels : hosting, domains, emails, cloud servers and tailor made solutions we provide for them.
