Unprofessional
Booked a move cleaning for February 21st. Only after I called to confirm they informed me that they had actually booked me in for February 24th. If I hadn't called in myself, I wouldn't have gotten that information. When I asked them to confirm the new time via email, they asked me to pay upfront because of my credit score. I have been in Sweden for less than a year, so I do not have a credit score. Why not check this before confirming a booking? Overall the company seems to be very unprofessional, potentially even a scam, and I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
Edit: After I left this review, I got several unsolicited calls and sms from them while I was at work, which speaks for the unprofessionalism. The person I was talking to also told me with an attitude to just book with another company if I don't agree to pay upfront. If they had informed me that I need to pay upfront before confirming my booking that would be fine, but it now left me with little time to look for other services. 0/10 customer service skills.

Thank you for your review. We always get money after the cleaning performed but when we check your credit on credit safe you don’t have any income. So we just write if you pay first we can do your cleaning becuse you don't have any income. But you wrote we are scam so we simply answer we are working last 5 years and how you decide we are scam. Becuse we say pay in advance that's why we are scam.why we ask pay in advance becuse you don’t have any income how we trust you becuse your credit score says. Please write truth.
