Fabulous unique styles, well made and ethical!
Lovely handmade bags and pouches, they are really well made and each so unique.
Over time I have purchased three different bags and several wash bags. They are just brilliant for my boys on scouts trips. The wash bags can be easily cleaned and dried when bottle tops or not screwed up tightly and leaks have occurred. Bags are fab or swimming or wet gear. Pencil case is perfect for electric toothbrushes, easily cleaned!
Support this wonderful company rather than buying mass produced rubbish! And help save more plastic from going to landfill!

Absolutely love my bag! I've bought a few items from IA and their sister companies (2 bags and a glasses case) and they're all awesome. They're a fantastic wee company. It's great to see people doing something good with plastic waste too!

In response to the reply from the supplier, you are right. I should have added in this review that you have actually been really good dealing with your customers. Further you have send a response in email so quickly and are refunding postage too, neither of which I asked for. Thank you.
I buy from small local businesses whenever I can and never buy from Amazon. Despite my frustration with this one bag, I really want to buy from the type of material you are handling. If you are able to make some design changes in the future let me know.
My previous review was ‘The fastening on a lovely bag was simply a strip of Velcro. An unpleasant fastening to use. For the sake of a bit of better design the bag would have been ideal. I had to pay nearly £5.00 in postage to send it back.’

What a shame that you felt you needed to write a 1 star review in addition to leaving negative comments on my social media page, even after having been offered a refund [without you having even asked for one!] in addition, not once sending a customer service email to suggest any issues with your order?!
In this case, the product description [which clearly states the bag has a velcro fastening] appears to have been overlooked
This particular bag has a velcro fastening, as extensive customer feedback suggested it added more security on public transport.
I haven't received your bag back yet, as soon as I do, a refund [of both outward postage and item] will be processed, as explained via the reply to your email in which you state I had 'kindly offered a refund'
Side note, [I replied to your Facebook comment at 11.30 pm on Friday evening and your email first thing on Saturday morning]
Returns are paid for by me if the product is in any way faulty, if the customer has ordered in error, and for various other reasons to be honest, depending on the situation...
I'm pretty understanding as a small business, run single handedly! I realise mistakes can happen- we're all human!
On this occasion, it was a case of aesthetic preference and the product description being overlooked, there was nothing wrong with the functionality of the bag and it is still fit for purpose.
Our bags and ethos just don't suit everyone, you can't win 'em all!
I will continue to do my best and wish you luck with the search for your next bag! x

These products are addictive
I really enjoy buying these products which I have been doing now for the last 5 years. It's become a bit of a a guilty pleasure for me. Every product is unique and they are very well made - but you have to be quick if you see something that you like.
The company is a delight to purchase from: easy to contact and discuss, well, anything with really, and products are always well packaged and quickly posted out to you.
I have bought many bags, purses and pouches as presents from them, but it always ends up that I buy something else for me as well. The gifts have all been well received by everyone, so I get kudos points from friends and family too !

Lovely bags and great service
I bought one of these bags a couple of years ago when it was Wyatt&Jack and it’s been very admired and hard wearing so I bought another bag for my friend’s birthday. It is really well made, bright and vibrant and delivered quickly and well packaged.
