Overall it's a great tool
Overall it's a great tool. I used it for 2 weeks to welcome followers and to send bulk messages. Then I didn't renew and then I didn't engage as much with my new followers, which really helped with retention. Sending an introductory messages means that you have a message sent to your new followers in your Insta Inbox, which helps you to engage. In terms of the customer service, I did have some issues with the tool but I contacted the team and they were prompt in their reply and they even gave me 2 weeks free on the tool, so that was helpful.

This is one of the best services for hashtag research I've found. The price is on point (I only use the hashtag generator). I did have an issue where the system revoked the tool from my account but I contacted support and Lola helped me in about 3 minutes to fix the issue. Thanks!
