A Poor Excuse for a Company - Buyers Avoid Infinity Loops

I was looking for an alternative to the Nomad titanium watch band. I did watch a few videos, and read a couple of posts from consumers that recommended Infinity Loops. Moreover, I read that this was a veteran owned company. As a father of a veteran myself, I wanted to show my support.I ended up purchasing their Titanium 2.0 Band for my Ultra 2 and their Titanium Link Bracelet. I made the purchase on 7/21, used Shop to track my shipping. After a few days, I noticed there was no update, my tracking just showed as "Partially Shipped". After 10 days, I emailed their support team. Heard nothing back. I checked again today, 8/3/24 and now their website is gone. I wish I would have research more about the companies reputation before I made the purchase. Lesson learned for me, and a credit card dispute submitted to my carrier, so I can get my money back. My only hope is the money stolen from the other consumers goes to a good cause. You obviously need it more than we do.

InfinityLoops (McKinney TX) is a SCAM!

This company deserves ZERO stars! InfinityLoops (McKinney TX) is a downright SCAM! I placed an order through this company for a Tactical Apple Watch Band - The TacticoolBlack / 42 / 44 / 45 back in June of this year ('24) and NEVER heard back from them after payment was made, even after repeated attempts to reach out via email! I have not heard from them still to this day, and so, have filed a complaint through the BBB plus also logged a dispute through the CC company through which I made the payment (both still in the works!). Needless to say, I am extremely appalled at how this company conducts its business and will make it my life's mission to spread the word and protect others from falling victim to this scam by this company! I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this thieving outfit!

Avoid, order never shipped

Ordered over two months ago. One initial reply from support alias apologising for delay but giving no expected timeline for delivery. Repeat emails have been ignored, support phone number goes to voicemail (no response). Even tried contacting the founder personally (Phil Holland) with no response. Avoid. If the business was ever real, it’s a scam now

Ordered a watch band

Ordered a watch band. Never arrived. I emailed 3 different support email addresses 4 times and never received a response. Disputed the charge and was refunded by my credit card company.
Ridiculous
Note after completing the sale online, I suddenly had a dramatic increase in spam phone calls. I am sure they sold my information. Coincidence? ….
This is not a real or legit company.

Infinity Loops ripped me off!

Wrote to this company about watch band not being received after payment. Never heard back even after multiple e-mails to Infinity Loops. I got ripped off. Do not send any money to Infinity Loops. You will not get anything (watch band or reply) from them!

Total scam

I wish I find this site before I paid for this scam.
Made my order 20 days ago, still not sent. My questions to support via email and site messenger was totally ignored.
Initiated chargeback, hope I can get my money back.

Disappointed

I placed an order with some hesitation since I had an issue with shipment time and lack of communication. Being a veteran, I thought of giving them a try one more time and again, facing similar issues. No reply other than typical, “our support will get back soon”. My order was placed on May 21(order# 10140), made several inquiries and still no product received, and no one has replied about the shipment. Giving it a week and will cancel. Was suppose to be a Fathers Day gift. Bit disappointed.

If I could write no stars I would

If I could write no stars I would. I ordered a band on May 23rd and still shows as not sent and no response or word on what is going on. This seems like a scam to me. I’ll report it on BBB and call my bank and see if I could get my money back.

Order number 4238

Order number 4238, Apple Ultra Watch Titanium Bracelet. Product looks good and was fine for 3 months after which some links kept coming apart and I almost lost the watch. Customer services contacted and agreed to replace the product. Later email arrived saying that since 90 days had passed it was no longer covered but I could get 50% off a new bracelet. I reminded them that they have sold in the UK so their product should be covered for at least 12 months with repair/replacement option. No reply from the email and I don't expect any. A pushy business that offers all sorts of discounts if you give them good reviews but has no real customer support. Use them at your peril.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!!

Order #7287: Titanium Link Bracelet Band for Apple Watch Ultra

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and service rendered by Infinity Loops concerning my recent order (#7287).

My dissatisfaction chiefly arises from the absence of any response to my initial emails addressing the issues I encountered with the product.

On the 4th of January 2024, upon receiving the order and within mere hours of wearing it, one of the linkages had proven excessively loose, consistently disengaging and failing to maintain its integrity despite minimal usage.

Despite my endeavours to communicate these concerns to Infinity Loops, my emails dispatched on the 4th of January 2024 and the 23rd of March 2024 have remained unanswered.

It is disheartening to receive solely automated responses without any genuine engagement or resolution to my concerns.

I had anticipated a considerably higher standard of workmanship and resilience. Alas, Infinity Loops has fallen short of meeting these expectations, leaving me profoundly dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service encountered.

In view of these issues, I urge prospective customers to exercise caution before engaging in transactions with this company.

Their failure to deliver on promised standards of quality and their lack of responsiveness to customer grievances are substantial deficiencies that merit earnest consideration prior to making a purchase.

Worst shopping experience

Read good things about them.
Ordered a band. Took about 10 days to arrive and it was beautiful. Beautiful but defective.
I'm too exhausted to even think about these guys. They are terrible. If you get your band, great. But if something goes wrong get ready to be given the run around. customer service is awful. After I sent image of defect they promised a replacement. That was 2 weeks ago or so, order was made Jan 23... Crazy. I already asked for my money back if they aren't able to send band.... They just ignored that altogether. Now It's almost a month later. And I have lost track of how many emails I sent. Three days ago I threatened to call my bank and got a message a day later saying it was sent but no tracking, no nothing. I call BS, I already fell for this 2 weeks ago when they said they were sending replacement I don't even need or want this anymore. What a headache.I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. There is a number listed in the site in Texas where you can supposedly get a hold of the owner. but that number is worthless, I've called so many times I lost count.
What really pisses me off is in this past month they're sending me junk mail about how great they are and what great reviews they get. I mean if you order a watch band and you get it and it's a nice watch band that's all you have to do is to get a good review. That's the easy part, the hard part is fixing a problem after you mess it up. So I'm sure all the great reviews are from people who made the order and receive their band... big deal that's how it should work.
I'm telling you I really wanted to like this company. They just not ready for prime time.
If I knew then what I know now I would have paid an extra hundred dollars and ordered from some place more reliable.

Update !
Almost exactly a month later. They just now send me tracking for replacement.
And keep in mind it's shipped from China so give it al least 10 days. And this was after I told them at least 3 times that I don't even want or need band anymore. Very Cheeky.
I feel bad for the owner of this company. The team he hired letting him down

GDPR violation

Updated: Interestingly the company comments on the original post that by clicking unsubscribe on their emails I will be unsubscribed - but that is exactly what I’ve done more then a month ago. So ipso facto don’t expect this company to do what they say.
Original post:
I contacted the company to ask where they ship their products from as I wanted to be sure that a possible order would not be his with extra tax and customs. In the process I noticed that they offered not to include my email for future promotional purposes which I found positive. But they have sent a lot of promotional emails and even though it has been more than one month since I requested that they stop and delete my email, they keep sending promotional emails.
Of course they are now on my spam list - but just be aware that the company does not respect GDPR rules for data and email administration.
