Won a £300 Nike voucher over 2 weeks ago and despite being told I'd be paid soon no payment forthcoming and now ignoring messages .

It’s been 2 weeks since I won my cash prize and I still haven’t received it, I’ve emailed infinity several times, last response was a week ago stating I’ll receive my money ‘shortly’ or how I see it - probably never - don’t waste your money with this website

Im having an awful experience with regard to unfulfulfilled gestures of payment from Mark plus ignored phone calls. Will report to Trading Standards and Advertising Standards. Awful customer service very disappointing.

Great prizes and decent banter on the prize-giving videos . I've still to win but I live in hope lol.

I’ve played a few other competitions, and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve taken part in. They’re incredibly interactive with their customers, which really sets them apart. Great new company with good prizes and draws which I'll be entering frequently. Unfortunately I never won anything on the first draw but I'll keep trying. I would prefer the entry prices to be higher and the odds lower though.
