Steal your money, offer no service, oblivious support.

Infimobile might possibly have the absolute worst customer service. I signed up for an annual plan, and was about to port my number in but… can’t. For some reason verification emails aren’t being sent, so I can’t verify my account or do anything. The online chat is useless - they don’t seem to understand simply worded things at all.

Despite asking numerous times for help or a supervisor, I’m stuck in the same boat. They can’t verify my email, so they wont let me activate service for “my security” but they had no problem taking my money!

Great price, great service - perfect for my needs

I've been using it for a year, no issues other than initial physical SIM wouldn't connect; they sent eSIM, which has worked perfectly. Price is great and no service issues. Today, I tried to grab a sale to recharge when my plan expires but it wouldn't go through Alex quickly and helpfully did a workaround to make it happen.

Infimobile's customer service was professional, patient and understood exactly how to fix the problem I was having with activation after a thorough exam of the problem. Through my fault/ignorance, it seems, I deleted a crucial step because it did not work on my phone "the easy way" (QR code). I was given step-by step instructions on how to activate manually. So, I am now up and running thanks to great CS at infimobile.

Danny was amazing! Best phone carrier plan ever!

Danny was amazing! He helped me figure out how to phase out an old ph # for a new # using the dual e-sim feature of my newer iphone, so it's 2 phones in 1. I am easily confused w/ technology & instructions. He was so patient, not even a hint of frustration or impatience. He even called me in 10 minutes to see if everything was working out, since I had to disconnect to restart my phone, twice, for 2 different reasons. He was truly amazing! I love this company. It has great service, great prices, & great coverage!

dead phone service

My service was caught up in the Verizon fiasco and I was unable to make or receive any calls. Communicating with Tom (and others) was a pleasure. They stuck with resolving the problem until resolved. Professional, yet personal. Glad I made the switch to Infimobile.

Basic question, got good Chat answer!

Am not yet an Infimobile customer. The online rep did not give his or her name, my guess is she's a she.
There are multiple references on their website of a physical SIM offering. Yet I did a chat to see if there's an eSim option. Though that's common, not all carriers do. The rep was very helpful, and yes there is an eSim option. I hope to be a Infimobile customer and try it when I can, soon.

Very happy customer!

My sim got here through mail in three days and my activation took less than three minutes...ROCK SOLID calls, lots of bars, and good signal all over town. Really enjoyed the fast courteous customer service reps! You are awesome infimobile!
