Great tech support by Avi at Infimobile

Avi at Infimobile provided great support. The quality of data/phone service is o-kay, I have an issue about once per year that I need to call in to resolve. Tmobile is much better, but the cost more than $1000 less per year, so it is good enough.

It was a little hard to get past the…

It was a little hard to get past the chatbot, but Tom was really helpful once I did. The chatbot didn't offer an option for the issue I had, and there was no 'something else' option offered at the end of the thread. Overall, we had a great experience with Infimobile at a great rate.

got there service using tmobile esim

got there service using tmobile esim , my area didnt work well. went to switch to verizon towers using there website. As soon as i did, my phone quit working. That was over 24hours ago, and still doesnt work. Called and chat multiple times and they just say wait. I was told it could take 72hours! not acceptable.

Although the website did give me a bit of trouble when I initially went to activate my eSim purchase, chat support rep Alan was able to get me going quickly, and so far the service (network performance, reliability, etc.) seems great. I will update if anything changes, but right now infimobile seems like an amazing value and perfect choice of service provider for me!

Good service and support thus far

So far, so good after 9 months of service. Setup and activation was easy. The coverage has been good for these phones utilizing the Verizon network via Infimobile. Self-service via their website to change a phone number was easy and quick. Support to resolve an unrelated issue was efficient, where the chatbot got me in touch with a real person in less than a minute. The agent resolved the issue in about 2 minutes to my satisfaction.
