I ordered polystyrenes balls for mosaic but when they arrived they had a raised ridge round the middle which was not shown on the pictures on the website and which meant they were not suitable for the intended purpose. I ring the supplier who insisted they were not faulty and refused to pay the return postage. Not good customer service!

Easy to order and prices are reasonable, delivery was quick without problems, only thing that made me giggle was when I found out it was only around a mile from my home and I could have collected.

Fast efficient service, quality products I have ordered from them several times and will continue to do so.

Memorial Flowers In Grave Pots.
Easy company to deal with. Goods did not disappoint and was better than shown. The only problem was Royal Mail. Despite receiving the goods by 12.05 lunchtime took 26 hours to deliver the 5 miles to my door!!!Thus making the 48 hour service 72...Perhaps another carrier should be considered.

Have used this company in the past and very recently. Flowers are lovely and perfect for a grave. Great value for money.

I took delivery of my order several weeks ago, which today I discovered was missing two items. I did not realise this at the time, until a colleague asked me this morning for the missing items and I realised they hadn't been in the box. The company essentially is calling me a liar (for two items under the value of £6) and wants photographic evidence of a box that a) was left outside in the rain on delivery so was sopping wet and b) was immediately put in the recycling because it was falling apart. Having explained all this - they still want photo's! To me this is not customer service and I am disappointed by the response.
