Super happy with my purchase
Super happy with my purchase. Had a question if the oem replacement turbo was a Garrett turbo and the website chat responded quickly to confirm that it was. Ordered turbo for lowest price i could find on the internet and was at my door within days. Didnt even have to send a core back to them. Great customer service, fast shipping. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement turbo.

We emailed you the same day that the part number C45603 you ordered was on backorder with an estimated ETA of 5 business days. 11/08 we received the backordered product and shipped it that same day. You selected the free economy shipping service which on average takes 7-10 business days as per our website. It arrived to you in 6 days on 11/14. I apologize if you didn't see the email we sent you but we notified you about the back order and communicated with you every step of the way.
