I still have not received any response
Update: I still have not received any response from IndoEx support regarding my ETH and TRX withdrawals. No TXID has ever been provided, which indicates the withdrawals were likely never processed.
Support gave multiple inconsistent explanations such as “blockchain glitch”, “synchronization”, “maintenance”, and “KYC”, but none of them explain the absence of a TXID.
I will continue documenting this publicly until the issue is resolved.
