My husband and I visited INDISKA at…

My husband and I visited INDISKA at Väla on Sunday, May 3rd, and I want to express how beautifully we were treated by the young woman working there. She made me feel truly beautiful and confident in the dresses I tried on, and despite the store being busy, she welcomed us with kindness, patience, and genuine warmth.

We recently moved to Sweden from America, and this experience made us feel seen and appreciated. Because of her, we will definitely keep coming back to INDISKA. This has become my favorite store now.

Thank you so much for having such wonderful employees. It truly makes a difference.

Don’t place online orders, you can’t return it

by any chance if you place an order online, there is no way, you can cancel it, even if you contacted them . They will still send the product and make sure you suffer. In Sweden, there is a 14 day of open shop for to return. But as soon as I placed the order I cancelled it. But they are not listening it. Now I have to go through all the hassle. Even if I don’t want. I am not going to buy anything from them in future.
Don’t buy anything online, if are not sure . They are not here for consumers, greedy people.
Even for their unprofessional business practices, you have to pay whole transport costs.

Indiska used to be a brilliant shop

Indiska used to be a brilliant shop. Reason was very unusual textiles, ceramics, picture frames, household items etc. The clothes are not so interesting. You can buy similar utems on many shops. But I bought huge table cloths in heavy weight cotton, beautiful mugs and serving plates, carved picture frames. Just been into the shop in Gothenburg and was terribly dissapointed. There are enough clothing shops !!!!!

You have just lost another regular customer

Hey Indiska, this is a perfect example how to disappoint off one of your regular customers. I put an order through weeks before you declared bankruptcy (16th October), apparently my order was packed but didn't leave the warehouse in time then it was just kept hostage. My money was pulled from my account and here I sit without a refund or my items 3 months after the order was placed and after countless tries to get some help from your support. Your website is open and your shops are back, WHY is it taking so long sorting out my issue? I expect compensation for this POOOR service. You have just lost a regular customer!

Avoid this online store

I have never seen a worse store than this one in Indiska. I don't know what is happening with them. I ordered some things 15 days ago for which I paid 49 kr fast delivery i still didn get my order i send 5 mails to ask what is hapening i still didn get answer for what 49kr? customers do not buy online from this store

Terrible

Terrible. Had my purchase pending for almost two weeks. I emailed customer service to ask where my order is, took them several days ro respond. Got a response to say items were not in stock and there are issues with their website. Apparently they are due to get a new system soon and I was given a 100kr voucher to use on my next purchase.

Extremely bad shopping experience

I ordered a scarf a few days back and it immediately said it would be delayed which I understand considering its pre christmas time, so no problem there (yet). I ordered on a monday and it was supposed to arrive in the store by the end of the week. I never got any other email from Indiska. I tried to reach out via their chat which was turned off, even though I was trying to contact them between 8-17 which they claim are the opening hours. I then sent an email to ask about the delivery and never got a reply. After that I went to my local shop in town and they could not give me any information at all and just told me to wait longer. When I then checked online I saw that the product I ordered was sold out in the mean time?!?! I did not hear anything again until 13 (!!) days after I first ordered when I simply got an email stating that my order had been cancelled without any further information, no apology or anything. I will never purchase anything here again, this was the worst order experience I ever made and even after being proactive and reaching out and GOING to the store, no one was able to provide any help. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Poor customer service - or no service...

I received defective products and customer service replied that due to the natural material of the product, this was just how it was.
However, they do not inform about it on their website which could be quite helpful so you knew before ordering.
