My order was unfortunately not delivered by Canada Post and Jake was able to resolve this issue very promptly by sending me new items.

I ordered wrong size and color. But, Customer supporter Jake’s response was so kind and speedy.

Can’t wait to receive my rings from this company ! I had a question for the company and Holly immediately helped me with an answer within a few hours ! Can’t wait to get mine and my mother’s Mother’s Day rings from this company !

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the experience I had with them. After going through the stress and disappointment of having my ring stolen, Holly and Eliza went above and beyond to help me replace the beautiful ring that was taken from me!
Theft isn’t covered under warranty unfortunately but in a gesture of goodwill they wanted to make it right by sending a replacement ring.
They really exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to having the ring back on my hand. Thank you again for everything!

Sadly one of the rings was too big and had to send it back. I don’t know who Abbie is, but the way she helped me - she deserve a promotion, what an angel.

I made an order that I changed my mind on a few hours later. Unfortunately this was past their cancellation deadline of one hour after purchase. Abbie was super helpful with cancelling my order despite the policy. Great customer service!

Harrison and Holly were both trying to help me with a replacement ring I was disappointed that the ring I ordered( one out of SEVERAL)
Lost several stones from the first wear but the most important thing is not that I had a specific design of a ring not hold up on me but it’s how the situation was handled. It’s frustrating when there is a time delay between the UK and the United States but once I was in queue, these ladies were helpful. There was quite a delay and even sending out the replacement which is a different ring because the ring I had was out of stock. Maybe that’s a good thing because it did not hold up for me at least. When I called and said that the ring had not been shipped Holly jumped in and helped tremendously I appreciate the customer service for sure. I think customer service is more important than any one product not working out because there are many more products that I have purchased and that are available to purchase online that would be amazing thank you so much ladies thank you for so much to the company. Experiences like this go a long way when you’re talking to friends have a nice day

I was missing a stone in my ring, it happens! So I reached out to customer service and they were phenomenal. I emailed back and forth with Jake and he was so helpful, they give options of which I chose to get a replacement piece. They made me very happy. Highly recommend!

Great customer service due to ordering wrong size in error and I couldn’t find the email to cancel the order. I realize too late the email went to my work email but thankfully they were able to correct my order and super quick delivery.

I highly recommend ordering from Indigo Lune. I only had an issue with shipping due to the fact that my label was damaged. My local post office did end up assisting me thankfully. I did reach out to customer service and let them know the issue and they were happy to reissue a replacement order. I notified them that I had received the original packaging, and they still offered me a discount which was refunded to me immediately. The turnaround time with their responses were great. Thank you to Humera for kindly assisting me. Now, although the exterior packaging was damaged, the product itself, and the packaging that it came in were in great condition. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I received my rings in the mail and was immediately disappointed because the January birthstone was more orange than I imagined. I reached out to customer service and they immediately rectified the situation for me. Jake was great to work with and made the entire process super easy. Can’t wait to get my new rings!
