Unreliable product and finally a thief

I placed several orders with them with mixed results: variable colors, wrong fabric weights, not following instructions on packaging and labeling. I noticed that I had to continually check and recheck with Ashfaque otrherwise he would do whatever was easist and not what was best. Eventually they delivered a shipment that was so wrong it was unusable and was a waste of my money. Ashfaque promised he would make it right but then ghosted me. No regard for the customer, he's just in it for the money.

Ashfaque Ahmed and Indian Emporum.co.in

Re Induanemporium.co in

Ashfaque Ahmed came over very professional at first but then I noticed after payment that his professionalism died. The first invoice he sent me had the wrong address. He sent me another invoice which I felt was a ploy to get me to pay again. When I tried to tell him what I required which was 100 metres of custom digital printing he came across as if he already knew. I waited and waited for my product asking him when he was going to send it. He told me he had sent it by DHL. When I requested the tracking number he changed his tune and said he was sending it via UPS. It transpired that he was sending it to the first invoice address even though I had given him my correct address five times. Then the monstrosity eventually arrived. It was on the poorest of material and in the largest print you could ever imagine. I ordered that he take it back and refund me my money. He made excuses even though I had provided him with a picture of the print I required. He promised to work with me and provide me with the product I wanted. I sent him a swatch. He said he hadn't received it. I said that I had followed it through recorded delivery. Then he admitted that he had received it. To date, though I have been attempting to communicate with him ever since, he has ignored me and I am left with a big box of rubbish that needs to be thrown out into the trash bin.
