The product was synthetic and not what we wanted. No details of the product is stated on the site. There is a place " Product Details" but when you click on it there is nothing. If I had known that the Kalvert Kala Khatta is totally Synthetic as stated on the bottle without anything natural ingredients I would NEVER buy it. Its only colour water sugar and preservatives!! Did not need that. Wanted good quality real Kala Khatta.
Very disappointed with my order. Spent £18 for two 700ml bottles and courier. NOT worth a penny!! Website mentions " No Returns No Refunds" Against buyers consumer rights. Unfair.

Easy to pick items of choice from Indian brands. Delivery on time without any substitution, as I had been notified if the item was out of stock while placing order.
Loyalty discount was offered but code got expired on the day I was placing my 2nd order, which put me off a bit.
