Excellent customer service given

Took over a week before I could collect as had no stock at my nearest branches. Then was waiting for a ramp. Eventually got a ramp and organised to collect.
Turned up and trailer was ready and was shown how to connect everything correctly. Noticed some heat marking (poor finish) on one of the fixing points and told yer that's how they come.??? Doesn't look right?.
Having used it this weekend I now need to gat a front wheel chock fitted as it is 2 man job to put bike on trailer.
Spent a lot of money on something that's not quite right . but did tow well.

Good to be able to speak to someone not 'Working at home'.

Placed my order on 8th May 2023 and still cannot obtain any idea when my order will be shipped, despite an email saying it had been shipped.
When nothing arrived, I queried the shipping status, only to be told the email was for a different customers order.
Communication is poor and I'm going to request a refund.

Good product and communication. Shame about the very expensive postage! £25 (for 4mudguards wrapped as one) is excessive. If they were available elsewhere I wouldnt’ have purchased these.

What a fantastic service from Indespension Portsmouth. I had an issue with my towing electrics and I was fitted in around other appointments to find the fault. Quickly detected and sorted. Big thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 led rear trailer lights left and right dispatched on the 11th took 9 days to arrive and when I opened the box I had 2 left units the following morning I drove 43 miles to your Gatwick branch where as always they rectified the issue that wasn't even their problem Gatwick branch are excellent I will be using them for all my trailer needs in future and why my online order was given Bolton I will never know

I ordered a winch and a winch strap from the web site 19/03/23 I get an email 2/4/23 asking how Indespension did. Winch and strap still have not arrived! Just the worst!
