good quality products. i have ordered many times and only once i have reclamated a product and it went 100% the way i wanted it to be, was very easy. also once my credit card was suspended by my bank because inderwear was "suspicious" but had to call my bank to open it again and tell them they are trustful company. nothing bad to say about inderwear to be honest.
i have been a loyal customer since 2019 :)

I recently found my ultimate style in men's underwear with the ELEGANCE CONFIDENT brands. This isn't just basic apparel; it's a statement of bold, masculine confidence.

SCAM ! Company not serious. I canceled my order before delivery, they accepted it. However, my order was delivered a few days later and I had to pay to return it. Under the US and FR law the company is responsible for it. They don't care about the law. The customer service agent Sylvain is just a d****. UNACCEPTABLE

I received a message on 18 October 2024 advising my order was ready for collection at my nominated pickup point. When I went along my parcel was not there. I contacted Inderwear who advised they had raised the issue with their carrier. After 5 days I contacted the company asking for an update and was advised it may take weeks to resolve. I told them this was simply not good enough - my order is over €200 worth. I advised the company that under French Consumer Law if an order is lost or damaged the company must either send the items again or give a full refund. Since this the company is ignoring my enquiries!

Rip-off. Don't buy from this company! I would give no star if I could. The goods looked nothing like the advert presented & were very poor quality. I thought I was buying (for 33 euros, including postage) two very good quality pairs of crew socks (mid-calf), but the ones sent barely reach my ankle and are very small. Look like £3 ones from Temu & made in China

Person dealing with 3 orders simply could not follow an instruction. They refused to hold an order as requested, instead continued to hand over to a carrier.

Person was unwilling to go out their way to address an issue with another 2 orders. In addition, Returns seem to be an issue, in that they do not want to assist once an order leaves them.

Great choice of sexy underwear with lots of discounts and also fast delivery.

the reviews in here which are obviously either fabricated by the company or like paid for are so obvious like very clearly. the one star one is real and the other ones are very obviously not.

Bought some items for going on holiday , from the photos and the name Jean shorts one would expect them to be made of denim as the photo had certainly been enhanced to make them look that way but no they are not you could litterally spit through them not great!

I have just received my second order from Inderwear and am totally satisfied. Each item has its own size guide, which is great, and despatch is very quick. On top of that, you pay UK VAT at the time of order, get a shipping link and delivery to the UK takes only a few days. Thank you for such great service.

Ordered an Addicted xs white swimming brief and at the beginning I was worried I am not gonna get it though Inderwear sent me a link to track my order and maybe it is just me being a worrier..he he..To cut it short, ordered it on the 24th of March then got it on today (April 3rd). I love the fit!!!! Love it! It is just that when the fabric gets wet it becomes a bit see thru..i think that is my only qualm about it. But a great party swimming briefs but not when wet..lol..
