A complete scam

A complete scam. I was looking for a freezer repair company. Booked the repair and they took my credit card details over the phone. Took the money but never sent over an email confirming. They did send someone but this person didn’t know the first thing about freezers. Tried to call them for another repair as I was told I would be able to use their services for a year. They blocked my number. When I used another phone I got through and they told me they didn’t have my address in there system, then when I tried to call again they had then blocked that number. They have now been taking more money out of my account, small amounts but still.
