I have been using indeed flex for over a year now and I have enjoyed the flexibility and experience it offers. I always get shifts and I was also able to secure a full time job with one of its clients.

This agency is only interested in its own profit, it treats people like a number in a labor camp, it is so greedy that compared to other agencies it pays very little, it offers the same rates for bank holiday for December 25-26, Christmas for December 31 and January 1, although clients pay them double, they are very greedy for money, nothing more, they should be reported to Trade union HR for exploiting people and modern slavery

Thank you, Indeed Flex. I got my first job in the UK through the app. Last week was my first time picking shifts, and I got paid for them yesterday. I'm so happy.

Discriminatory company with discriminatory clients and discriminatory policies. They do not care about their workers, they just care about the clients that pay them. They will use you for all you're worth then treat you like garbage or like your years of service means nothing. I have been working with indeed since 2019, back when they were known as syft, and all i can say is that since becoming indeed flex, their quality of service has gone down to the gutter. Bad employer, not many shifts on the app, support staff is uncaring and unhelpful, they invoke stupid unlawful policies to suit them and will allow clients to get away with anything, from not paying you a salary to blatant discrimination and always side with them and not you.

the company is going down, it doesn't care about professionalism, it recruits all people with no experience, it focuses on making money en masse, it pays normal starvation rates for bank holidays, although other agencies pay double

Singed up had my interview with the very helpful and friendly augustine and the next day was working, flex treat us great shifts are well paid and easy to access enjoying my time working for them immensely heartily recommend flex to anyone wanting work straight away

Really bad. I got a waiting - staff opportunity and every shift, I got negative revire, even I worked hard and followed company's guidelines (dress code, arrival time,..). I really don't understand Why my account was under banning and reviewing although I did not do any mistake at work!!!!

This app don't work.. just received a booking..time the bloody app started..and the job is gone.. this app is a waste of time...29 years of experience.. 2 Michelin restaurants in my cv and in 2 months I couldn't get a shift.. don't waist your time.. join an agency that red your cv
