Late answer or Inexistent

The worst and unhelpful site,
My partner has had more than 11 applications in nearly two months, with a good CV and skills requirements, for the jobs he applied for, and he has not heard back on many of them. When we asked if there was anything wrong with his application or something he could improve, nobody answered.

The worst web site for job searches

The worst web site for job searches. They keep saying this in your emails ''Employers can't find your profile on Indeed''. Well, what's the reason? None knows. If you go for appeal they simply reject it not stating the reason. Just a useless website wasting your time.

This company discriminates against US LLCs

This company discriminates against US companies and US state laws.

Furthermore, never use a VPN while using Indeed or dare to travel! A change of place is flagged, immediately and seems to be a crime from the point of view of Indeed: Employers and staff musn't travel. They need to log in from the same device and place - otherwise they are banned. In this world of fantasy climate change, every step is criminal.

Moreover, Indeed does not acknowledge US LLCs and calls documents made out by US states into question. They behave like a bank that executes KYC and KYB checks. Indeed asks for internal documents like contracts, utility bills, etc. because to them documents made out by the USA are completely worthless. I explained to these guys for four days that they have everything they need to confirm the relevant business:

- A certificate made out by the State's Secretary.
- A certifcate made out by the State's Secretary proving the address of the company.
- The company's website.
- The personal details of the company's president.
- The passport of the president (which was also not of any interest to Indeed - for passports are obviously worthless).
- A bank account that they have already withdrawn money from (that cannot exist without a thorough Due Diligence check)
- The business description.
- Contact details.

They rejected all this info and asked for a letter made out by the president confirming that he is the president. In the sense of "Herewith, I confirm that I am me. Signed: I". These guys at Indeed and their AI system are not ok - to express it, lightly.

And guys: There are many alternatives. No one needs this platform. And don't fall for this trap: Do not disclose internal documents to a non-state actor that is not even a bank! INDEED: NEVER AGAIN.

Look for Monster, Stepstone, Glassdoor, and all the other great portals that are available and willing to connect employers with employees.

INDEED obviously does not want people to find jobs! Because they exclude fantastic employers that pay amazing salaries to people from all over the world. This all is not relevant to Indeed - for a traveling recruiter is a criminal recruiter.

do not post a job!!! INDEED needs to be BANNED

do not post a job!!!, save your money and time. If you speak to their clueless support line for recruiters all they are going to do is get you to email them, 48 hours to replay and chances are they will block you or your advert for job posting because it doesn't meet their standard. when you ask them what to change. they inform you they can not inform you. the most crazy Irish answer you can get. they are unhelpful and just looking to take your money American greed and democracy at its highest level!! Better UK companies out there who give support and have an account manager to help you post jobs. INDEED needs to be BANNED!!! and lets not start with their joke reviews from job hunters, bad reviews and you can not get rid of them. Glasshouse or what ever its called their attempt at being the trust pilot for companies looking to hire is another JOKE!!! looks like some rich little boys got some money and decided to create a platform to milk the world for every penny they can, they spend all their money on SEO!!!

Alerts to not match requirements

Their job alerts are useless and do not match your requirements in any way. Amazing in this day and age when searching online is so powerful if done properly. They clearly need to invest in their search engine.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED! INDEED DOES NOT SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS.
I’m extremely disappointed with Indeed. I set a spending limit on my account for the month, expecting it to prevent overspending. However, once the month ended, the limit reset and automatically reactivated roles that I had not closed. This led to charges for roles that were no longer live—exactly the situation I was trying to avoid by setting a limit. Closing these roles now, after exceeding my intended spend, has been a costly lesson. Be warned: a spending limit won’t protect you if roles aren’t manually closed before it resets!

Company reviews section rubbish

Company reviews section is absolute rubbish because it does not like taking reviews from everyone that does one after having a job they claim that all company reviews are anonymous but I believe they are not as if they do not like the review whether you had a good or bad experience I a job they say it does not meet the review guidelines because they only take reviews from registered users they like and turn down those they do not like. The same applies to questions and answers about companies too this is pure discrimination of registered users.

Useless, incompetent

The technical support with Indeed is absolutely terrible. We have used Indeed for the past 2 years, the whole platform worked excellently until one day the Boolean function stopped working as it should and since then its been 1.5 years of ongoing issues and being fobbed off everytime an issue is raised. They operate out of Ireland but are a US based company so all technical support is from the US. They refuse to ever put you in contact with the technical support team they blindly 'chase' up your requests which you never hear back from and frankly they are one of the most useless companies I have dealt with.
