The process of starting my LLC was quick and easy. There were no confusing statements or verbiage to decipher. I chose this company based off reviews and because it is a long standing family owned business. For me, this speaks volumes.

I formed a company through Inc Now at a time when everyone was saying Deleware was backed up on their formations and it could take weeks to get a certificate. Inc now had it for me inside 24 hours so I could proceed with my deal. Ultimately the deal feel through for other reasons and after a couple of years I decided to close the corporation. IncNow was there every step of the way. they made everything simple to do and always kept in touch, reminding me to pay my taxes and keep my agent updated. I felt secure that nothing was falling through the cracks and all my taxes and paperwork were always in order. They also kept me abreast of the beneficial interest laws as they evolved and gave me information on how to file the forms directly, even though they had a paid service I could have used, i felt no pressure to use them. They helped me stay legal whether or not I was paying for their service to do it. World class organization. Its a pity all organizations don't take care of their customers like IncNow. THANK YOU!

Typically registering a business requires printing and signing forms and paying fees through cumbersome and outdated processes. This took less than 5 minutes and was straight forward.
