Business closed. Customer service told me it would be 10-12 weeks for my refund check to arrive which is crazy. It’s been over 12 weeks and still no refund. No response to my inquiries.

Twice nowi have purchased offers only to be out money because the business closed right after I received them. It's like the businesses are on the verge and they must be aware. N9w im out 50 bucks. ill never do business again

My certificates arrived as promised. 3 months later, the business permanently closed. I contacted them as their website states after verifying the closure I would receive a refund. I was told to write “void and the date” on the certificate & send a picture to them. I did that and have contacted them 3 times asking for the status of the refund. No reply to my requests. I will never purchase anything from them and will tell everyone not to & will post on social media my experience.

When ordering a half off voucher to a local restaurant, I never received the voucher but they sure didi get their money. I tried on several occasions to rectify this and it never did get resolved but they would send email asking on how their service was. I will never order from them again. I only gave one star to move forward with this review otherwise I would give zero star! A very unhappy customer

Assured me I would receive a full refund for tickets that were never received. The email that contained the credit info was never received and they’ve closed my Support Ticket. They don’t respond to emails, and don’t have a phone number.

Never received my order. They refused to issue a refund. What a joke of a company!

Ordered 2 25 dollar gift certificates from them through wjr 760 in June and have not received anything. No response

Purchased 2 sets of tickets from their store. I was worried after reading reviews, but I just received both sets in the mail. They got here right when they were promised and I saved 50% off of retail price!
They also kept me up to date with emails! I will probably use them again!

I've bought a few Starbucks gift cards from them and they have arrived. Just make sure you transfer them to your Starbucks gift card asap.

I have not received my certificates in the mail and I’m not sure what happened but I placed my order on September 8, 2024. I have emailed them three times since that is the only way to try to get a hold of somebody and today is October 16th and I still have not received an email/response. Very disappointed!!

Zero customer service, certificates not received in the advertised time, cannot print locally. Representative very condescending and of no help. Basically told to just wait. Third week and still nothing.

BEWARE! I've bought 1/2 deals through What a Deal Wednesday for gift certificates that went well. But, I spent $50 for a $500 hotel voucher. First, the code they gave me didn't work. Then I had to go through a confusing site to redeem the voucher. I found out that I couldn't use the whole voucher to pay for a room, I could only use a part of it at a time, which was not stated at the time of purchase. Worthless and misleading. Lost $50. I gave the company 1 more try by purchasing holiday stamps for 50% off. I thought it would be okay since I've bought gift certificates before. Received an email that my stamps were mailed...never received them.

WDRB41, Louisville Kentucky uses this “company” to handle their half off promotions, but they are NOT business like!! If you use a card (credit) for purchase, you’re really NOT getting half off.?? They process it as “CASH ADVANCE “, causing extra fees for “processing “ and “interest “, as CASH!!
After all that, I could have paid the full amount!!!!!! Makes NO sense. Won’t do again. I think the TV station and businesses need to reevaluate their business!!!! No doubt Bad business

The worst company in the world what a scam

I ordered two certificates as a Christmas gift. They were mailed out in time but the Post Office returned them to the sender. After that, I could not get the company to re-issue the certificates. It has been 5 months of getting vague responses to my inquiries.

Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered clothing, never arrived and I'm out money, they don't answer or choose ignore e-mails. Rip-Off..Avoid at all cost..

Gift certificates expire in a few months which is illegal in WV and many states. They take your money for these, so it’s not a coupon. The businesses do not get the money, and most of them are scams and the certificates are not honored. This company refuses to negotiate or refund money.

I have made a lot of purchases from Sweet Deals, Memphis. My certificates have always arrived in a timely manner and have always been correct. In fact, I have an alarm set on my phone to four minutes before discount certificates go on sale each Friday

Asheville Deals was locally owned and when they were their customer support was great. Sometime during Covid, they were bought by IncentRev. They went downhill quickly after that. On Jan 10, 2022, I purchased a Sam’s Club membership for $20.00. I was emailed a certificate that contained a link that was to take me to the Sam’s Club membership page. My discount was to be deducted automatically. However, the web page wanted me to pay full price. There is no phone number listed for IncentRev so I called Sam’s Club. Their agent recommended that I go to the local store to see if they could activate my discount membership. At the store, the people were very helpful and tried to get it to work but couldn’t. I came home and Emailed IncentRev, the next day I got an answer with a different link that worked. The problem is IncentRev likely knew they had a problem; I did not try to activate it for over 2 weeks after I purchased it. Why did IncentRev not notify me earlier, I could not be the first person to have this problem. I spent much of my time and it could have been avoided.
