No customer service

Like another's user experience it went great the first time. But as soon as I had technical questions it could not provide an active support method. Emails go unread, no phone, no owner. Just AI. No way to cancel service. Buyer beware.

Really good marketing - too good to be true…

Really good marketing caught me off guard. There was a couple Legal things I wanted to try asking about, and I was intrigued.
Warning this site is parked at a known scam site in Iceland with the address of Kalkofnsvegur 2, Reykjavik, Capital Region, 101.
The identity of the owner is hidden - a legitimate company would not hide who they are. You can look up that address in Google and it will take you to articles on the scam factories located at that address unfortunately. I hoped trust pilot will bother to investigate this before rejecting my review. This is pretty terrible. I thought the AI site might work, but they obviously don’t even have enough server power and completely fell apart. I don’t even know if I should leave the rest of this review knowing this.
Surprisingly, the app’s interpretation of the first case I asked about was pretty impressive, but no clear course of action.
I was a little impressed and thought I’d investigate by paying for one month as I wasn’t sure I could even save one session without paying for it so that kind of sucks!!
Not clear upfront so after having a mildly good experience, I paid for one month and thought I’d run another question by it. Total disaster App could not keep any of the facts straight and kept at repeating Questions messing up what I’ve already told it not coming to correct conclusions. In other words it was worse than a ChatGPT meltdown and I’ve seen those before but at least it gets over it, correct its course and ChatGPT will fix itself and it has lots of memory.
This AI service doesn’t seem to have any memory or the ability to hold any facts about a case so that’s a real off-putting thing I mean, I spent almost an hour and had to keep repeating myself and correcting the AI
I have heard, though I didn’t check out the who is I hear that the owner’s name is blocked that is always a bad sign on a website. It’s not an app. It’s a website. Sorry if this review is rambling I’m exhausted from spending over an hour having to constantly correct this app try and redirect it then it would make a summary that was incorrect, then more correcting. It seemed to have no ability to save facts so I don’t even know if I should give it two stars it’s rated as somewhat suspicious.
