I recently needed an urgent carpet clean after my dad having an accident and quite a lot of blood being left. I tried in panic cleaning the blood up myself but did the complete wrong things so I was so impressed with the results after Richard came a few days later and the treatment he used removed it all. I will also remember his tips that if the incident was ever to happen again to make sure I use cold water and dab it with kitchen towel instead of scrubbing, thank you once again Richard 👌

Absolutely fantastic service by Richard. After a significant radiator leak he turned around what was looking like a new carpet being required in less than 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend Impulse Cleaning highly enough.

Richard came to my house to do my stairs , landing & bedrooms ! I had candle wax on the landing & he managed to get it all out & a few other black marks throughout ( yet again all gone )! Great service, I had two large holes in my carpet where previous heaters were. I was thinking of all different solutions to try and cover up, rugs, book shelves etc. Called impulse cleaning they came our next day took some carpet from a cupboard and patched it up. I looks amazing you can't even see the joins or notice it's been patched up. Very happy and satisfied with the excellent service.
