Fantastic service and quick

Fantastic service and quick, quality install of a new boiler. Left very tidy, fully insulated the outside piping etc. Very professional team.

Very good service

Very good service considering that survey was just pre to Christmas so the boiler was fitted by Dean in January. He was very concerned that circumstances beyond his control the fitting was over two days. Tidy work I highly recommend them.

Very fast from start to finish

Very fast from start to finish. Applied for the grant and it was fitted within two weeks, everything was explained. Everything works great. My only issue is that there should have been a choice with what boiler was installed. Apart from that I would defiantly recommend.

Grant Scheme install

We recently bought a home and when we got the keys found out that the boiler despite having a service certificate for June 2021 was not working at all. Cue panic and having heating companies out with quotes of £1800-£2500 to sort it. We applied for various grant options and Elite Energy were fastest to get back to us, same day (a Friday) had a surveyor out the next day, Boiler booked for the install on the Monday. Paperwork was sorted Fri/Sat, Boiler install went fine on the Monday, workers were friendly, helpful and good with information and cleaned up afterwards. Can't really complain about the service, saved me thousands and gave me decent central heating.

Had a new boiler fitted by Dean and Natalie they were great very professional explained every step worked hard explained boiler / control very well . We didn't have to clear up as they done it all would highly recommend them

New boiler

From start to finish A1 service
From the initial contact to signing on completion every member of staff was fantastic.
Fitters spot on, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Good team work from the call staff/ surveyor/fitter and I couldn’t of asked for a quicker fitting date, literally days, amazing thank you x

Replacement boiler

From initial enquiry to boiler being fitted and operational ,one week , fantastic service ,excellent neat fuss free installation,old boiler taken away..and no mess left anywhere…..very pleased, house has never been warmer….

Great service by Dean and Nat

Just had my new boiler fitted by Dean and Nat , couldn’t be more happy with it , they where two exceptional people , very polite and professional, told me all the way what they where doing , and explained how the controls work ,
Highly recommend them
Completely took out the old boiler and replaced the new one within a day .

Excellent Service

Love my new boiler and could not have asked for better service, fitters arrived promptly, worked cleanly and efficiently removing old boiler and installing the new one, whilst explaining everything to me at every stage including the fact that as the new boiler was smaller than my previous one I would need a joiner to refit the fascia boards above and below the new boiler. They also explained to me they could take all the rubbish away apart from the cardboard which was not a problem for me. The two guys also went above and beyond when just before leaving noticed a wet patch on the kitchen ceiling which was obviously a leak in the original pipework which they had not touched but must have been caused by the extra pressure produced by the new boiler. They very quickly sourced the leak in an upstairs bedroom, moved furniture, lifted carpets and floor boards and repaired it for me. Excellent service from a very friendly and efficient plumber and his dad Would highly recommend the company they kept me informed from start to finish. From me applying to the scheme on line, I was called back the very next day, a survey of my property was booked and carried out the following day and two days later I had my new boiler fitted.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, dean was our engineer, he took his time to make sure the job was done properly, very polite too, really happy with his communication it gave me peace of mind knowing I could contact him if there were any problems. Thank you Elite Energy!

New Boiler and valves

Excellent service and Dean the engineer, was a spot on top bloke who kept me updated with everything he done through his long day . He didn’t stop from when he turned up and finally finished all the work late evening.his work was extremely tidy and nothing was a problem . Thx for heat and happy family 👍

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish in relocating and fitting a new boiler. Quote received shortly after visit and installed on the date arranged. The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. Very tidy job. Thank you for a great experience.
